Manufacturer was Mec-Gar s.r.l. of Gussago, Italy, under license to Carl Walther of Ulm, Germany, attest the Walther Banner on the body’s right side. Construction is one piece folded steel body with serrated sides, and smooth milled, full length tig welded, round count ported backs. Inner place is steel; spring is music wire steel; and floorplate and cartridge follower are high impact polymer. Each magazine holds 11 rounds of .40 S&W or .357 Sig caliber ammunition, interchangeably. These magazines standard size Smith & Wesson models 99, 990, 990L, and the Walthers in the same caliber with full grip frame. They will also fit the identical descendant marketed by Magnum Research, the MR Eagle Fast Action 40. These magazines will work in the compact variants of those pistols, but will protrude from the grip frame’s butt area. Finish is polished surface blued steel with smooth milled back surface. These magazines come to us from warehouse storage since the transition from Smith & Wesson’s distributorship to Walther USA’s in 2014. All of them are in new condition, lubricated and in their 04 PE-LD protective wrappers.
