New lower price as of 8/27/24. 12 Gauge. 2.75" chamber, full choke. Serial #6258, that's right, four digit serial number. Comes out as approximate 3rd year of manufacture. The wood grain seems to be an improved replacement stock or a factory upgrade. Has a Pachmayer buttpad that fits very well. The rear stock has some sporadic light scratches that are barely worth mentioning, there are some heavier scratches but all but a few are still not immediately noticeable. The few that are noticeable are still slight. There are some very small and minor compression dents. Nothing beyond some normal field use for a gun this age. There is a thin tight crack on either side of the grip, hard to see with naked eye but will show in high-res photo. For the foregrip, the only way to notice any flaw is to look into a light reflection off the varnish. Nothing but some very light surface scratches in the varnish. Typical loss of bluing at the high edges and behind the foregrip. There are several small scuffs in the bluing of the left side of the receiver, the right side has only a few light scratches and very small dot scuffs in the bluing. The barrel in general is starting to lose some bluing. It has a scratch on the bottom and two small spots where the bluing is worn down a little more. In general, there’s quite a bit of bluing left. Bore is smooth as glass and blindingly shiny. Still a shotgun one can be proud to own as can be seen in photos that I will provide to a SERIOUS buyer. Everything functions the way it should. I can also provide a video clip of the gun in operation. I've only had this shotgun for a couple years so I am not familiar with the history of it. Considering its age it seems to have been decently cared for. I am not a dealer. I am a private individual selling this firearm from my personal collection. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE UNTIL YOU HAVE CONTACTED ME and we have worked out all the details involved in the selling/purchasing/shipping/transfer of this firearm. Some things are default in these ads and don't provide control in posting, so terms are as per this Description section and our correspondence. Cash only for Local sale. For local sale I will only sell to anyone who is verified to purchase a firearm so I would need to see either a FFL, or Firearm Purchase Certificate, and ID, just like it's done at the auctions/shows. Concealed Carry Permit works as well. I will ship to an FFL if a legible copy is provided to me. That would be the only paperwork I need. Read shipping notes below. Please contact your FFL provider to ensure they are accepting firearms for transfer from private individuals that don't have an FFL. I will also need contact info for your receiving FFL so that I can arrange the shipping to them. If I am shipping, payment for firearm and shipping total combined is by Bank Cashier's Check ONLY. Shipping is to only the lower 48 and is a flat fee of 70 dollars.
