Listed for sale is a Maynard Carbine produced during the Civil War.  .54 Cal.

Rifle is of Civil War vintage.  No rust or putting.  Barrel blueing mostly intact.  Case coloring has mottled grey.  Stock is original.  Stock has NOT been Sanded, refinished, altered, Busted, Broken or Carved on.  Has Original Civil War Cartouches clearly visible.  Barrel is shiny and looks new.  No rust or putting.  An exceptional Maynard carbine.  I always thought the fore end was missing but this is how they were made.
