Little needs to be said about the Browning Citori that is not evident in the gun itself. Built in Japan using state of the art machinery. Each Citori is precisely engineered and of the utmost quality and features chromed bores and chambers. This Gun Dog Series Citori was manufactured circa 1990’s and is number 63 of 100 made. This special edition Citori over/under exhibits Browning silver nitride coin finished receiver with an engraved Brittany portrait on the left side complimented on the righthand panel with the Quail unlimited emblem in shield and production number highlighted within contrasting dark gray enamel. This hard-to-find gun weighs 6lb 12oz, has a round knob, 3" chambers, 26” vented barrels and is fitted for Browning Invector interchangeable chokes, IC/M/F are included. the gun appears UNFIRED with no primer marks visible on the breech face. This gun features a factory new bore and the perfect wood to metal fitting expected of a top quality Browning Citori, the gun is tight as new, and the lever is Way Right of Center. The Japanese guns are known for having higher grade wood than their European counterparts and this example epitomizes the trend, its Grade III furniture shows remarkable grain, with plenty of striking iridescent fiddleback, superb checkering and factory hand rubbed oil finish this Citori really is a stunner! The gun has just a few handling marks likely from being held and admired! This Browning Citori Quail Unlimited Brittany Edition comes with its original hardcase with Brittany label.
